Complaints about the referral service

Email contact@sidingchesapeake.com with the date and time of your call and the number you called from. Complaints are read and answered.

Problems with a contractor

The contractor is an independent business, so take the problem to them first and keep it in writing. Virginia's Board for Contractors, part of the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation, handles complaints against licensed contractors. You can also tell Siding Chesapeake by email; the site does not mediate disputes but does want to know.
